ABOUT US

The UMass Lowell Future Engineers Center is quickly becoming one of the leading providers of informal K12 science and engineering education programs in Massachusetts. We have created several innovative programs that engage middle and high school students in hands-on, design-based, science and engineering experiences. All our work is designed to involve students in the real work of scientists and engineers. Our goal is to inspire kids to act like scientists and to think like engineers, and to become empowered to design, experiment and solve problems in their own lives.
